Tomorrow will be the 11th business day and 17th day of @Xfinity and @comcast refusing to acknowledge my address exists, despite the fact my neighbor who I share a wall with has service. I'm completely blow away by incompetence. 2 store visits, 3 chats, 1 call, nothing.

You have to hate/laugh at @Xfinityâs customer service these days. Not only do their outages last for days but then their customer service are bots that donât understand anything. When you finally reach an âagentâ, they disappear after 5 minutes.

Day 17. They argued with their customer service rep that my USPS change of address wasn't good enough. They still "verified my address."They didn't however come and hook my house up, something I've told them 7 times needed to by done.How long have you been in business @comcast?

@Xfinity @ATTSportsNetRM I pay $$$$$$$ for x1 and I canât stream the Rockies game off my home WiFi cause Xfinity sucks and so does the att sportsnet app. FFS Maybe I can hear the bats crack from Coors here at union station.

@xfinity @comcastcares some communication on how long you expect this internet outage to last in Broomfield, CO would be appreciated. Your status page just says a planned outage started here at 12:07 am today. A 9+ hour planned outage w/o notifying customers beforehand sucks!

So apparently if you are an xfinity X1 TV customer you can pull up the MLS Apple TV season pass through your service. Had my friend try. Looks like you still need to subscribe, but for some xfinity customers you can still access basically through your cable box.
